This Self Love Experience equips you with the essential knowledge and practices on the utmost important phase of facial skincare, which many women don't get to learn correctly for most of their youthful years - I am talking about stretching through our 30s, 40s, and 50s for a few who have mastered this well.
The second part of this experience goes deeper into activating the wellspring of water from within your spirit, a Bible-based journey into dealing with the things of the world that have pulled you down. This will be a safe place for you to be vulnerable as you explore the power of overflowing water from within.

What to bring?
​
If you usually put on skincare products and makeup, you can just put on your toner and sunscreen in the morning when you come, as we will be cleaning our faces and doing a hands-on hydrating skincare routine together.
Feel free to bring your own skincare products if you prefer them over the ones I will be providing, I can guide you to swap in the equivalent products. You may also bring your cosmetics if you would like to put on your usual makeup after the skincare session.

What will be prepared?
I will prepare a range of the essential hydrating skincare products for us to use during this activity, including the makeup remover, facial cleanser, and sunscreen. Everything we need to experience each activity together will be provided for you including worksheets which you can take notes and journal your thoughts through each discussion.
