Use once at night every three days (or otherwise advised by me upon analyzing your current skin condition). After cleaning your face, wipe it dry with a clean face towel. Squeeze it out onto your index finger for about the length of half your little finger and apply it over your nose, adjust the amount according to your face size. Then, squeeze some again to apply it over your forehead and then your chin. Lastly, squeeze some more to apply on both your cheeks.
The sequence is such that you give time for your most dirty area to start activating its deep cleansing (usually from the nose, then to the forehead, chin, and cheeks).
Your face should look all evenly covered in a layer of white scrub. Leave it for 3-5 minutes, then rinse it off by gently rubbing it with clean water at about room temperature. Remember not to scrub too much or too harshly to damage even the good layer of your skin barrier.
